Flashback, the controversial underground site, has been temporarily fined 400 000 SEK by Marknadsdomstolen, both the company as well as the publisher Jan Axelsson. Several websites are forbidden to publish interactive boards' on the internet. This means webpages with chat, discussion groups etc. Behind all this are the digital-TV companies ComHem, Senda och ViaSat, filing a complaint against Flashback, when ads about pirate cards were found at Popmart.se, owned by Flashback. Several websites has, awaiting the courts future decision, therefore been shut down, an unique decision which never has happened in Sweden before. The free speech area, a corner stone in swedish legislation and traditions, has been somewhat troublesome to Axelsson in earlier disputes. The outcome will be closely followed by swedish media, for sure. Flashback's other operations on the internet aren't harmed in any way, go to the main site, only swedish language of course.
